Apartment is in island Pag , city Povljana 35m2 i terrace 8+8m2 fresh renovated, in an old multiple apartment house (but nobody lives there) on the 1st floor , terrace is 16m2 ( 8m2 belongs to the apartment, and the rest belongs to another apartment which is empty ) , so the whole terrace is available for use.

Parking is on the street ( it’s very safe). Apartment consists of bathroom ( new equipped with washing machine) , living room with kitchenette , hallway and attic ( bedroom). In the attic are 2x double beds , and in the living room is sofa which is available for 2 persons, so total capacity of 6 persons. Apartment is right next to the restaurant , and about 40 meters from the main square where are bunch of bars, shops, bakery, bank, fresh fish and meat market, etc. The gastronomic offer is superb and traditional, and world famous Pag cheese is produced right here. There is 600 meter to the magnificent sandy beach , and the same distance is to another pebble beach and rocks , same as to the local fisherman harbor. Alongside the coast in the village, is decorated paved promenade with palms . The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and ideal for holidays. The beautiful diverse landscapes are everywhere around, and each beach has a different story. Plenty of variety in one place. Just a few kilometers away are picturesque plantations where salt is produced by Pag salt factory. A kilometer from the apartment is a Ornithological nature reserve "Veliko Blato" - peloid therapy. For centuries, the peloid mud therapy is used for the treatment or alleviation of various rheumatic disorders, arthritis, sciatica, skin and bone diseases and female infertility. For those looking for a good time, Zrće party beach ( called “Croatian Ibiza”) is situated 20min drive. Distance from the city of Pag is 11 km and from the town of Zadar is 40 km.
